Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a commonly encountered disease, in traditional Chinese medical, it named Pa disease, Crane knee syndrome, Li Jje and so on. Western medicine thinks the RA is a multi-systemly and phlogistic autoimmune disease whish primarily wound peripheral joints. The Chronic inflammatory changes of symmetric and multi-peripheral joints is the Characteristic symptoms of RA. The clinical manifestations of RA are the pain, swelling, and functional decline of affected joints, and the lesion present the process of attack as Continuously and Repeatedly. According to statistics, the incidence of RA in China is0.3percent, the influence of people’s living standard is seriously. It not only made people’s living standard dropping greatly, even more serious is the pain of later period of RA patient, which will appear the symptom like arthrentasis, functional incapacitation. It will bring great trouble to patient’s living. Accordingly, it is emergency to find a treatment which can control the symptom of RA long-termly and effectively.At present, the mainly treatment of RA in Western Medicine is anti-inflammatory and analgesic.But the cure rate is low and relapse easily. Only could control the pain at a moment. The curative effect is not very Ideally. However,the traditional Chinese Medicine has the unique cognitive in treatment of RA. In TCM’s traditional writing, Huang DiNei Jing, have already said "The pathogen of cold, wet, and wind generate bi syndrome together, when wind is prevalence named Feng Bi,when cold is prevalence named Han Bi,when wet is prevalence named Zhu Bi ".Many doctors in Chinese dynasties have developed the viewpoint in Nei Jing, in addition, they were applied this viewpoint to clinic. They have accumulated abundant experience for the treatment of bi syndrome. But the specific pathogenesis and the syndrome of bi are not scientifically and perfectly. Based on this situation, this paper according to the argument of Feng Mu, and combining with the theory of mu yu da zhi in Nei Jing and the specific discussion of doctors in Chinese dynasties, analyzed and demonstrated the close relationship between the form of bi syndrome and stagnation of Liver qi. To guide the treatment of RA in TCM.
