Purpose:Through observing the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine Pen Yan Fang on the expression of TNF-a and EGF Expression of the sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Rats’uterus Models,to provide the experimental basis for the clinical application.Method:Choosing124SD female rats as the subjects and randomly extracting10female rats as the normal group,10female rats as the sham operation group,104female rats as the model group.Then using "the mechanic injury and mixed bacteria inoculation" method to establish SPID rats’uterus models,observational feeding15days,After making modles success, rat models will be randomly divided into model group,therapeutic group, Pen Yan Fang high, medium and low dose group for every15rats. Observing the change of the uterus organization morphology under HE dyeing, and using the immunohisto chemical method to observe the TNF-a and EGF expression of all groups of rats. Results:1.Using the mechanic injury and mixed bacteria inoculation method can establish SPID rats’uterus models successfully;2.Compared with the model group, the normal group, sham operation group of TNF-α levels were significantly reduced (P<0.05), pelvic inflammation, lower in the high dose group, TNF-a expression significantly decreased (P<0.05); compared with Fukeqianjin capsule group, TNF-a Pen Yan Fang low dose group was statistically the significance of (P<0.05). Prompt Pen Yan Fang high dose of SPID can obviously improve the inflammation.3.Compared with the model group, the normal control group, sham operation group, the EGF level increased significantly (P<0.05), pelvic inflammation in the high dose group, the EGF expression was significantly increased (P<0.05); compared with Fukeqianjin capsule group, pelvic inflammation, low middle and high dose groups, the expression of EGF was not significant difference (P>0.05). Results indicate that the level of Pen Yan Fang on SPID EGF in rat uterus has obvious regulation effect.Conclusions:(1) SPID rats were prepared successfully by the pathological model of "mechanical injury+mixed inoculation method";(2) Pen Yan Fang high dose group could significantly reduce the expression of TNF-a SPID in uterus of rats, decrease the inflammatory response;(3) Pen Yan Fang can increase the expression of SPID in rats EGF, and its expression level is higher, while the lower the degree of pelvic adhesions, negative correlation trend.
