Study On The Effect Of Huoxue Rongluo Tablet On Mitochondrial Function In Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients With Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To discuss the effects of Huoxue Rongluo Tablets on the Plasma CF6and Mitochondrial free Ca2+concentration in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:60cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group with30cases in each group. The two groups were given with Sodium ozagrel, shuxue-tong injection, deproteinized calf serum injection and oral Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets as conventional treatment at the same time. The treatment group use Huoxue Rongluo Tablets6tablets each time,3times a day on the basis of conventional therapy. The control group use Buflomedil pyridoxal phosphate capsules lcapsules each time,2times per day on the basis of conventional therapy. The treatment course of two groups were2weeks. To observe the clinical curative effect, the changes of TCM Syndromes (Graded according to the stroke symptom rating scale), CSS score and ADL score. Using ELISA assay, we test the level of serum CF6and determinate the mitochondrial free Ca2+concentration with FURA-3fluorescence method in60patients with acute cerebral infaction. To observe the change of CF6and mitochondrial free Ca2+concentration levels and contrast observation indexes before and after treatment in two groups.Results:The two groups were improved in different degree of CSS score and ADL score (P<0.05). Improvements of CSS score and ADL score is more obvious in treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.01). The two groups were improved in different degree of TCM syndrome score (P<0.05). Improvements of TCM syndrome score is more obvious in treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.05). The plasma levels of CF6and mitochondrial free Ca2+concentration levels were improved in the two groups (P<0.05).The treatment group improved more significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Huoxue Rongluo Tablet have Curative effect in treating Acute cerebral infarction which can reduce the level of plasma CF6and inhibit Ca2+flow into cells. So that it anti platelet aggregation effectively, reduce the risk of thrombosis, effectively clear oxygen free radicals and reduce cerebral ischemic injury.
