Since the existing methods and norms could not be used directly, we need to establish a rigorous method and a technology route, from the theoretical and clinical practice, to formulate the standards of collection based on modern pulse diagnosis instruments.Objective:There are2aspects we organized in this study:standardized research positions of Cunã€Guanã€Chi, pressure standards of3pulse taking sites.We focus on the following questions:1. Whether Cunã€Guanã€Chi positioning method of the pulse diagnosis instruments, based on the crank arm forearm length, is consistent with the clinician’s positioning?2. What are the pressure ranges of Fuã€Zhongã€Chen based on the pulse diagnosis instruments?3. Whether the pressure of3pulse taking sites is related to physiological parameters such as height and weight?Contents:We can determine the research direction and methods by literature study and clinical data collection. We can divide literature study into ancient research which has already collected Cunã€Guanã€Chi the positions of pulse diagnosis and Fuã€Zhongã€Chen the pressure standards of3pulse taking sites and modern research which has organized many different methods by using pulse diagnosis instruments and according to summed up problem and research direction.At the same time, we analyzed and organized the "deep pulse", one of the most common clinical pulses, by several phases including:definition^history^pulse feature〠expression of diseasesã€the pulse taking methods and standardization.We emphasized the importance of standardized operation of modern pulse taking.Through the pulse signals collected from people of three different types including normal volunteersã€patients of floating pulse and deep pulse, we analyze the pressure data when pulse taking in each groups, acquire the data of multiple physiological parameters〠pressure range and position of pulse taking to find out the relationship within them.Try to calculate the personalized methods by the specified physiological parameter to regulate the collection.Result:1.The previous method of Cunã€Guanã€Chi pulse position is consistent with the actual measurement data of clinical, the correlation coefficient between them in63%-90%that showed the method is reliable.2. Pressure range and proportion of Fuã€Zhongã€Chen are as following:â‘ Fuã€Zhongã€Chen takes a certain pressure range and range overlap.â‘¡Fuã€Zhong〠Chen takes different pulse pressure its mean has increasing trend,â‘¢There are significant differencesm among three parts of each hand, even for the same kind of acquisition pressure.3. The relationship between the pressure of Fuã€Zhongã€Chen and human physiological parameter:â‘ There is correlation between collecting pressure and specific physiological parameters.â‘¡The3parts of each handcan determine the pressure through the physiological parameters. We believe it is a reliable acquisition calculation method.Discussion:This research discusses the following three aspects:1. It is feasible to apply the positioning method of Cunã€Guanã€Chi to the pulse acquisition device, since the measurement of crank arm forearm length is based on the traditional theory.2. To verify the accuracy of the results and to define the standardized of pluse taking, we compare the doctor’s subjective judgment with the results of the study to avoid the deviation caused by subjective factors.3.The influence of some physiological parameter about Fuã€Zhongã€Chen pressure measurements could not be ignored.Conclusions:1.
