| Objective:1.By changing the MRI3D-DESS sequence imaging parameters flip angle(FA) method to explore the1.5T MR3D-DESS sequence display wrist TFCCbest scanning parameters2.By comparing the3D-DESS,3D-SPACE,3D-FLASH and conventionalSE wrist scanning sequence is shown TFCC imaging capability, optimumscanning sequence about TFCC of the wrist on1.5T MR.Methods:1.22-30years old between20Healthy adult people for TFCC wristimaging. Using equipment for Siemens1.5T Magnetom Avanto Tim+Dotsuperconducting body magnetic resonance imaging, dedicated wrist coil,scanning sequence for3D-DESS imaging sequence, parameter adjustment forFA, FA taking15°~90°,6group different values. TFCC observed performancebetween the wrist and intercarpal cartilage under different FA, take eachscanned image MRI sequence TFCC middle level, measured in the sameposition TFCC, between carpal cartilage and bone marrow signal intensity(signal intensity, SI), all the data are double blinded by two GPs measurementsobtained image. Calculate and compare different FA of TFCC, intercarpal cartilage the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and the TFCC and bone marrow,between carpal intercartilage and bone marrow contrast to noise ratio (CNR)2.20volunteers underwent three-dimensional MR sequences:3D-SPACE,3D-FLASH, and routine SE: SE T1WI, FS-FSE T2WI, FS-FSE PDWI.Observation each genomic sequence showed TFCCã€intercarpal cartilage andbone marrow,and measured signal strength, calculation SNR of TFCCã€intercarpal cartilage and bone marrow, CNR between TFCC and bone marrow,intercarpal cartilage and bone marrow. Compared with the most optimized set of3D-DESS sequences, each sequence was observed imaging characteristics.Results:1.6different flip angle (FA15°, FA30°, FA45°, FA60°, FA75°, FA90°)3D-DESS sequence comparison: FA15°image SNR of TFCC, CNR beteenTFCC and bone marrow were the highest. So in the3D-DESS sequence FA take15°the ability to display TFCC is better than other5kinds of flip angle.2.3D-DESS (FA15°),3D-SPACE (FA160°),3D-FLASH (FA20°),SE-T1W, FS-FSE-T2W, FS-FSE-PDW6scanning sequences the SNR ofTFCCã€intercarpal cartilage, bone marrow,and the CNR between TFCC andbone marrow,intercarpal cartilage and bone marrow,the comparison showedthat:â‘ the SNR value of TFCC3D-DESS sequence comparison, the highestSNR value (31.78±9.29);â‘¡inter-carpal cartilage SNR value comparison,FS-FSE-PDW highest value (75.57±15.52);â‘¢bone marrow SNR valuescomparison, SE-T1W highest (85.69±2.69) values were significantly higher than other sequences;â‘£CNR value between TFCC and bone marrowcomparison,3D-DESS highest value (8.51);⑤inter-carpal cartilage and bonemarrow CNR value comparison, FS-FSE-PDW highest value (18.82),followedby3D-DESS,is no statistical difference between the two group,and othergroups have significant differences.Conclusion:1.When wrist MRI3D-DESS sequence flip angle FA15°,CNR betweenTFCC and bone marrow is highest, SNR of TFCC is highest,it is the mostoptimized imaging parameters set.2.comparison of3D-DESSã€3D-SPACEã€3D-FLASH and SE-T1Wã€FS-FSE-T2Wã€FS-FSE-PDW,6group sequences,3D-DESS show TFCC best, FS-FSE-PDWdisplay cartilage best, SE-T1W show bone marrow best. CNR in3D-DESSsequence between TFCC and bone marrow, inter-carpal cartilage and bonemarrow is the highest, the strongest contrast with the surrounding tissue,andthree-dimensional sequence, can be multi-dimensional observation of the finestructure of the wrist. so3D-DESS sequence show the best imaging in wristTFCC. |
