Carpal Arthroscope For Use Brachial Triangular Fiber Cartilage Complex Palmer?B Type Injury And So On Diagnostic And Therapeutic Value

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of wrist ganglionoscope for wrist triangular fiber cartilage complex Palmer IB type injury.Methods:From June 2017 to May 2019,35 patients with traumatic triangular fibroclavicular complex injury were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University and Zhangjiagang Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University.MRI examination and arthroscopy were used to compare the diagnostic accuracy of Atzei-EWAS classification and the effectiveness of crypt tear between MRI and arthroscopy.Thirty patients belonging to type Palme I B were divided into A group and B group according to the difference of operation form.The displacement distance,wrist function change and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The accuracy of wrist arthroscopy for Atzei-EWAS typing and the diagnostic sensitivity of distal tear were better than MRI(P<0.05).specificity were both 100.00%;the accuracy used for crypt tear was comparable(P>0.05).On the basis of Cooney wrist joint score to evaluate the clinical efficacy,it can be seen that A group of patients excellent 12,good 3,still can 1,B group of patients excellent 12,good 1,still can 1,there is no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the groups(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The moving distance of the affected area was significantly lower than that of the A group(P<0.05).The moving distance of the contact point of the affected ulna was significantly higher in B group than in A group(P<0.05).wrist pain,function,mobility,grip strength score and total score were significantly higher in both groups after operation(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in wrist pain,function,mobility,grip strength score and total score before and after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The specificity of wrist arthroscopy in the diagnosis of Palmer I B type injury of wrist triangular fibrocartilage complex is consistent with MRI,which can effectively evaluate the distal recess tear of patients,and the sensitivity and accuracy are higher than MRI.inside-out under-stitch repair and bone tunnel fixation can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,repair wrist function,reduce pain,improve wrist flexibility and grip strength level,wrist stability is higher,but inside-out under-stitch repair has less effect on the moving distance of the affected ulna minor concave,while bone tunnel fixation technique avoids the increase of the moving distance of the affected ulna contact point.
