Objective:Exploration in biliary surgery using new type of double cavity Ttube into the drainage pipe and common T tube in prevention ofpostoperative complications and postoperative recovery of patients, bymeans of two kinds of the application of T tube were retrospectivelyanalyzed, choose a more reasonable way of T tube drainage. Methods:Selection of54underwent biliary tract surgery patients T tubeclinical data were retrospectively studied and analyzed in China JapanFellowship Hospital attached to Jilin University from June2013toFebruary2015.54patients were randomly divided into A and B groups, each group patients were taken biliary tract surgery, conventionallaparotomy group A (n=27) as the observation group, patients withintraoperative indwelling double cavity T new bile into the drainage tube;Group B (n=27) as the control group, patients with intraoperativeconventional T tube. Two groups of patients with postoperative whiteblood cell (WBC), albumin (propagated),total bilirubin (TBIL), returnedto normal time and postoperative bile total amount of loss, postoperativerehydration, total postoperative hospitalization days and totalhospitalization expenses, postoperative complications, postoperativeurethral T tube time and postoperative residual calculi cases, and so onand so forth. Results:Line of54patients with biliary tract surgical exploration of selectedinto the scope of the study, two groups of27patients (A, B), in which Agroup of26cases with bile into the tube in the duodenum,1case ofpatients with bile into the tube in bile total tube as A failure, not includedin the group data statistics. Postoperative observation group white bloodcells (WBC),albumin (propagated), total bilirubin (TBIL), returned tonormal time and so on various observation indexes is better than that ofcontrol group (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Two groups ofpatients are cured, no deaths. Observation group, the incidence ofpostoperative complications was23.3%in the control group was23.3%,the obser-vation group postoperative complications incidence ofpostoperative complications is far lower than the control group, difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05orP<0.01).Conclusion:In biliary surgery using new type of double cavity T bile into thedrainage tube in the prevention of postoperative complications in patientswith (incision infection, pulmonary infection, abdominal cavity infection, bleeding, bile leakage) and patients with postoperative recovery, and goodfor patients with early postoperative enteral nutrition, restore intestinalfunction than ordinary T tube has a larger advantage.
