The development prospects of geriatrics is quite broad, the aging society, the elderly need to health, a health treatment, many hospitals set up the Department of Geriatrics, also set up a lot of geriatric hospital. For the treatment of senile disease is not limited to the treatment of senile disease itself, is more important to do a good job in the quality management of the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of senile disease, geriatrics clinic process construction quality management evaluation index system is very necessary, resume geriatrics clinic process quality control PDCA cycle, with domestic and foreign literatures improved in many geriatrics clinic process the quality management plan, the preliminary research results have been achieved, but the process of diagnosis and treatment of senile disease complex, there are a number of factors is not clear enough, this paper through the implementation of the project to improve and complement these quality factors.This thesis done is as follows:(1) The senile disease treatment management and analysis on the process of diagnosis and treatment, establish the basic principles of evaluation index system, using the questionnaire form, the group of experts, statistical data standards, data screening index analysis of the Delphi method for screening and argument on the index system, to use analytic hierarchy process to establish the weight, and then one or two level index with experts importance mean evaluation identified three level index weight, the combined weight index again for geriatrics chamber treatment process quality management evaluation index weight setting.(2) The factors of senile disease diagnosis and treatment process quality are analyzed, and combined with the second chapter of senile disease diagnosis and treatment flow present situation analysis and the construction of quality evaluation content, proposed treatment plan optimization, the optimization scheme of diagnosis and treatment were analyzed, show that the optimized treatment plan can shorten the clinical diagnosis of senile diseases, improve the diagnosis of elderly rate of the disease, so that patients receive timely and effective treatment, which significantly reduce the recurrence rate and complications of senile disease.(3) Select the transient cerebral ischemia as an example, the method of testing the quality of hierarchical management effectively, can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, reduce the prevalence of senile disease, treatment period and recurrence rate and fatality.Through this thesis, the implementation of senile disease diagnosis and treatment plan optimization, to avoid duplication, cumbersome procedures for the hospital, reduce hospital human resource, equipment resource waste, improve hospital for diagnosis and treatment of geriatric specialist disease accuracy, reduce the rate of missed diagnosis of geriatric hospital, reduce death and disease recurrence of geriatric hospital deterioration rate.
