BMSC collection easily visible,, a lot of abilityand amplified osteogenic differentiation without significantly reduced.C And in vitro expression of IGF-1-2and osteogenic differentiation of cells transfectedwith BMPFluorescence microscopy cell transfection, calcium drilling method using a modifiedGomori count ALP (ALP)-positive rate and calcified nodules. The test results show that after48hours, the transfected cells were positive, pEGFP a1/IGF1a maximum transfectionefficiency BMp2. Expression ALP, and a calcified nodule formation.Conclusion:BMP alone has a strong osteoinductive activity of BMP-2to induce boneformation, IGF-l induction of BMP-2into enhancing the role of bones. The expressionconstruct pEGFP a Nl/IGF-1a BMP-2plasmid in eukaryotic cells to be able to smoothlyapproach cationic liposome transfected into BMSC. IGF-1, BMP-2gene modified BMSCmay be directed differentiation into osteoblasts.
