Qing Yu Tang Sedative To Treat Insomnia(Wang Card) Clinical Research

My dissertation literature review and clinical research into two parts.Literature review describes the clinical studies of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine targeted at insomnia, respectively, from the perspective of the epidemic, etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and other aspects are discussed, a number of clinical studies through research, summed up his views.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qing Yu Tang nerves insomnia (wang syndrome) treatment, and to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of insomnia wang from both theoretical and clinical research systems.Methods:The clinical selection met the inclusion criteria wang insomnia70patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely:Oral treatment group35cases Qing Yu Tang sedative. Control group:treatment given Jilinaodong Anshenbunao syrup,10ml twice daily continuously for10days for treatment.(Control group Ao Dongan God Syrup Yanbian, Jilin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for the production specifications:10ml, approval number:Zhunzi Ref:Z22022453)Results:The clinical observation and applications:(1) clinical efficacy analysis:A group (Qing Yu Tang sedative) the total efficiency of91.43%in group B (敖东安God Syrup) the total efficiency of60.00%, a statistically Both groups had significant differences (P<0.05) in the clinic, A group than group B in efficacy.(2) groups on TCM Syndrome:A total efficiency of94.29%, group B60.00%total efficiency, the statistical analysis, the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05), A group was significantly greater than group B,(3) after treatment and syndromes PSQI total score by SPSS statistical software analysis, there was a significant difference (P<0.05), A group score difference was significantly higher than group B.Conclusion:Qing Yu Tang oral therapy is particularly evident sedative treatment ofpatients with insomnia disease, in the treatment process did not find side effects and adverse reactions, for the treatment of insomnia (wang syndrome) safe and effective method.
