The Clinical Study In The Treatment Of Phlegm-heat Constipation Of Acute Ischemic Stroke By Hua Tan Tong Fu Qu Yu Decoction

Objective：To study the clinical Study in the treatment of phlegm-heat constipationof acute ischemic stroke by Hua Tan Tong Fu Qu Yu Decoction. Methods:60cases wererandomly divided into2groups,30cases in treatment group and30cases in control group.The patients of the two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment at thesame time.On this basis, the control group were given10mg Danshen Chuanxiongqininjection with250ml GS(the diabetetic mellitus patients were given4IU insulin),while,the treatment group were given Hua Tan Tong Fu Qu Yu Decoction,1agent, BID P.O.The treatment cycle is2weeks. The clinical effects and the laboratory indicators change ofeach group were observed. At the same time, closely observe the adverse reactions duringthe time of taking medication. Results：2weeks later, the total effective rate of treatmentgroup was90%，which had an predominant difference compared with control group(P<0.05). The scores of clinical neurological defects and Syndrome Integrals of TCM allhad significant differences in treatment group, comparing with treatment group (P<0.05).After the treatment, TC、TG、LDL-C levels were all improved, but there were nosignificant differences between the TG of the two group(p>0.05).while, the TC and LDL-Clevel was decreased more significantly in treatment group, compared with controlgroup(P<0.05).The HCY and FIB levels in the treatment were significant improved, havingan advantage over the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion：“Hua Tan Tong Fu Qu YuDecoction” can effectively treat the phlegm-heat constipation of acute ischemic strokeimproving the clinical symptoms of the patients, and promote the prognosis; increasing thequality of life.
