| Objective:Through the observation of the clinical effect of acupuncture combined w ith medicine and the treatment of phlegm and heat Fu in the acute stage of apoplexy,the clinical application value and mechanism were systematically evaluated,so as to provide the basis for clinical promotion of acupuncture and medicine.Materials and Methods: According to the order of medical treatment,60 cases of apoplexy involving meridians & collaterals in acute stage with phlegm heat excess syndrome were randomly divided into conventional treatment group,acupuncture group,acupuncture and medicine combined group.Acupuncture group: based on the conventio nal treatment of western medicine,eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture was used for the treatment,with the selection of acupuncture points: the acupoints of eye acupuncture: liver-biliary region,kidney-bladder region,the upper-Jiao region,the l ower-Jiao region,and lung-large intestine region,spleen-stomach region;the acupoints of body acupuncture: acupoints were selected as Baihui,Sishencong,Tianshu,Dachang shu,Feishu,Shangjuxu,Zusanli,Zhigou,Zhongli and Fenglong,which was performing the acupuncture treatment once for daily.Chinese medicine group: based on the conv entional treatment of western medicine,patients were given Xinglou Chengqi Decoctio n in oral with addition and subtraction.Acupuncture and medicine combined group: on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture was used together with Xinglou Chengqi Decoction in oral by addi tion and subtraction.The composition of the prescription: R.Palmatum 10g(decocted l ater),mirabilite 10g(administered after dissolved),omnes trichosanthes 30 g,arisaema c um bile 5g,citron fruit 10 g,bark of magnolia 10 g,prepared liquorice Root 10 g,these d ecoction was taken 3 times a day.During the entire treatment period,national institute s of health stroke scale(NIHSS),daily life assessment(BI),TCM symptom score,fib rinogen and other indicators of patients before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and the case observation forms were filled in.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data entry and data statistics and analysis.Results:(1)two weeks after admission to the hospital,the three groups improved in the aspects of neurological deficit score,daily life assessment,TCM symptom score and fibrinogen,and the results before and after treatment were statistically different(P < 0.05).(2)In terms of the improvement of neurological deficit score,daily life assessment and TCM symptom score,the acupuncture combined group was superior to the acupuncture group and the conventional treatment group,and the acupuncture group was also superior to the conventional treatment group,with statistical difference between the groups(P < 0.05).(3)In the detection of blood fibrinogen,there was a significant difference between the three groups after treatment(P < 0.05).The improvement of acupuncture and drug combination group and acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional treatment group,and the effect of acupuncture and drug combination group was better than that of acupuncture alone.Conclusion:1.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combined with acupuncture and medicine and acupuncture treatment for the apoplectic acute stage phlegm heat Fu empirical effect is better than the traditional western medicine treatment alone,acupuncture treatment is effective,the combination of acupuncture and medicine can further improve the effect.2.The combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively reduce the degree of neurological deficit and improve the ability of daily life.3.The combination of acupuncture and medicine can improve the TCM syndromes such as expectoration or excessive phlegm,abdominal distention,constipation due to dry stool,red tongue,yellow fur,slippery pulse and thick breath.4.The therapeutic effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine may be achieved by reducing fibrinogen to a certain extent,so as to reduce the effect of thrombosis. |
