| Objective: This study by observing the effect of acupuncture combined with sling andplucking bladder meridian and simple acupuncture and simple sling and plucking bladdermeridian based on clinical therapeutic effect of plucking method on scapulohumeralperiarthritis, verify that the three methods of treatment differences in the treatment ofscapulohumeral periarthritis, in order to provide more effective rehabilitation therapy formany patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: Divided60cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who met thestandard into three groups randomly: group A, acupuncture treatment group; group B,simple sling plucking Bladder Meridian manipulation treatment group; group C-acupuncture combined with sling plucking Bladder Meridian manipulation treatment group,20patients in each group. Three groups of patients according to their treatment, will betreated once daily, five times a week,4weeks for a course of treatment, observation of acourse. The patients were respectively assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS) andfunctional assessment measuring scale of shoulder joint before treatment and after fourweeks of treatment quantitatively. Results:â‘ The quantitative comparison of efficacy in the group: three groups of therespective VAS, functional assessment measuring scale of shoulder joint score beforetreatment and after treatment respectively, and follow-up at the time of the three scorecomparison, paired t test, score changes were statistically significant (P <0.05).â‘¡Thetotal curative effect comparison of three groups: acupuncture combined with sling pluckingBladder Meridian manipulation group respectively and two other groups, the rank sum test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the acupuncture group and the slingplucking Bladder Meridian manipulation, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with sling plucking Bladder Meridianmanipulation and simple acupuncture and simple sling plucking Bladder Meridianmanipulation in improving pain and dysfunction in patients with scapulohumeralperiarthritis were effective, and the effect of acupuncture combined with sling pluckingBladder Meridian manipulation of scapulohumeral periarthritis is better than simpleacupuncture and simple sling plucking Bladder Meridian manipulation. |
