Clinical Study Of Acupuncture And Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy Neck Type Cervical Spondylosis With Plucking Corresponding Meridian

Objective: This study was based on the method of suspension through the plucking method to observe the effect of acupoint group,pain point and combination group on the rehabilitation of cervical cervical spondylosis and its long-term effect.To explore the difference of the three intervention modes in the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis.And to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical application of Chinese and Western medicine,and to explore the more effective entry point of cervical and cervical spondylosis for the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis.Methods:The study screened subjects met the inclusion criteria,according to the randomly divided into three groups,namely acupuncture group(n= 26),myofascial trigger point group(n=26),combined group(n=26),three groups of patients suspension through the plucking points,respectively,according to acupuncture points,pain points,acupuncture points with the pain point,treatment of 4 courses,5 days for a course of treatment,1 month follow-up.After treatment,the curative effect of the three groups was evaluated.The VAS and NDI scores of the patients were observed before and after the end of treatment.The improvement of cervical vertebral activity was observed and analyzed statistically.Results: Suspension Meridian plucked method combined with point group efficiency(96%)higher than the suspension Meridian plucked law group,suspended meridian plucked law with myofascial trigger point(P<0.05);After treatment,the three groups were significantly lower VAS scores,but suspended meridian points were lower with the law plucked more significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the three groups NDI scores were significantly reduced,and the suspension through less than in the other two groups significantly(P <0.05)with the points set by law plucked;treatment group 3 measuring cervical activity increased significantly,and the suspension through increased law by plucking with the point group than in the other two groups significantly(P <0.05).Month follow-up,suspension Meridian plucked method combined with point group VAS score,NDI score and three groups of cervical activity indicators are better than the other two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:The effect of suspension on the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis was better than that of the suspension and the control group.The function of the suspension and the suspension method was the most important factor in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Improve the long-term effect of the suspension,but the suspension through the plucking method with the acupuncture points of the long-term effect is better than the other two groups;suspension through the plucking method with the points to effectively reduce the patient’s pain,improve the patient’s cervical activity and functional status.
