Clinical Study Of Zhiyin Bloodletting And Acupuncture For Treating The Migraine

Objective:To observe the Zhiyin bloodletting and clinical therapeutic effect ofacupuncture treatment of migraine and empirical, with ordinary acupuncture as controlgroup, provides an effective method of treatment for patients.Methods: Choose the inclusion of64empirical migraine patients standard cases, theuse of Doll’s random number table, the patients were divided into the treatment group of32cases,32cases in the control group. The treatment group fall off in1cases, the controlgroup fall off in2cases,61cases completed. At the end of the treatment before and aftertreatment in patients with total, are required to fill in the migraine assessment scale. After2courses of treatment, two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed, andthe application of statistical analysis.Results:1.The two groups in their respective compared before and after treatment.Thetreatment group before treatment, the total score was14.68±3.54, after treatment was4.84±3.97, before and after the treatment, there is a significant difference in the treatmentgroup (P<0.01). The control group before treatment was15.13±3.15, after treatment was7.20±4.68, the control group before and after treatment, there were very significantdifferences (P<0.01). Clinical symptoms in treatment of two methods can group andcontrol group were significantly improved patients, two methods in the treatment ofmigraine had statistical significance.2. Two groups in total score after treatment, treatment group was4.84±3.97, thecontrol group after treatment was7.20±4.68, with significant difference (P<0.05). Thetreatment group in improving the empirical migraine symptoms more significant than the control group.3. Two groups of curative effect before and after the treatment, the total effective rateof treatment group was93.55%,86.67%in the control group, there was no significantdifference (P>0.05). It suggested that the total effective rate in treatment group wassignificantly higher than the control group, but no statistically significant differencebetween the two groups.Conclusion: Zhiyin Bloodletting plus acupuncture and general acupuncture areeffective ways of treatment for empirical migraine, no statistical difference in the totalefficiency. But in terms of improving migraine symptoms and function, use Zhiyinbloodletting and method of acupuncture method is obviously superior to the use ofacupuncture. So the Yin hole Bloodletting and acupuncture for treating the migraine, isworthy of clinical popularization.
