Spleen And Kidney, Blood Stasis, Turbidity Method To Treat Diabetes Combined With High Uric Acid Hematic Disease The Clinical Research

Objective: to observe the spleen and kidney, blood stasis, turbidity method for the principle of formula change chaotic soup for type2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with high uric acid hematic disease (HUA) of clinical efficacy. And to explore its action mechanism, diabetes combined with high uric acid hematic disease and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods: all cases were from shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital endocrine department outpatient and ward, accord with type2diabetes mellitus and a total of60patients with high uric acid hematic disease, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the two groups, eachgroup30people. Two groups of patients on the basis of treatment: including diabetes education and exercise therapy, and to give low sugar, low fat, low purine diet given on the basis of the condition of the patients with oral medications or insulin injections. The control group on the basis of foundation treatment to add with don’t purine (0.1g, qd). The treatment group used in the treatment of foundation don’t purine (0.1g, qd) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) change chaoticsoup, a dose of treatment.30days for a period of treatment, two groups are two period of treatment. Observe two groups before and after treatment symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), blood sugar2hours after meal (2HPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), uric acid (UA),blood lipids (TC, TG, LDL, HDL-C-C), fasting insulin (FINS), insulin resist ance index (IRI), hemorrheology and endothelial function (NO and ET-1) the change of various index.Results:1. The comprehensive effect of the total effective rate was86.67%in treatment group and control group was63.33%, comparing the two groups havesignificant difference (P <0.05).2. The treatment group of TCM symptoms improve the total effective rate was86.67%, control group was66.67%, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05).3. Change chaotic soup in improving the diabetic patients with high uric acid hematic disease offasting blood glucose, blood sugar2hours after meal, glycosylated hemoglobin, uric acid, blood lipids, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, hemorrheology, endothelial function has good curative effect, the treatment group before and after treatment with significant difference (P <0.01) in the treatment group after treatment of each index compared with the control group after treatment between groupshad significant difference (P <0.01), the treatment group in hypoglycemic, lipid,uric acid, improve the insulin, improve hemorrheology, regulating endothelial function is better than that in control group.Conclusion: this study verifies the spleen and kidney, blood stasis, turbiditymethod for the clinical curative effect of high uric acid hematic disease, diabeticlaid a theoretical and practical basis for the further research in the future.
