Clinical Observation On Stage Of CKD3-4 With Spleen-kidney Deficiency And Turbidity Stasis Syndrome Treated By Prescription For Invigorating Spleen And Kidney-dispelling Turbidity Activating Blood

Objective: By observing the clinical effect on stage of CKD3-4 with spleen-kidney deficiency and turbidity stasis syndrome treated by Prescription for invigorating spleen and kidney-dispelling turbidity activating blood and influence of Serum creatinine(Scr),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Glomerular filtration rate(GFR),TGF-?1,HE4,TCM syndrome score and 24-hour urinary protein quantity,which can confirm the clinical effect of Prescription and explore the mechanism of delaying the development of CKD.Methods: The selected 60 CKD3-4 patients all from the Sixth Department of kidney of Heilongjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 and were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was combined with Prescription for invigorating spleen and kidney-dispelling turbidity activating blood on the premise of basic treatment,and the control group was changed from Shenshuaining Capsule.After 8 weeks,the TCM symptom score,24-hour urinary,Scr,BUN,GFR,TGF-?1 and HE4 levels of patients in different groups were compared,and compared with the data before treatment.The efficacy differences between the two groups were compared by analyzing data using Statistical methods.Results: 1.After 8 weeks of treatment,it was compared with before and after treatment.There was statistical difference in the TCM symptom score of the two groups(P<0.05);there were also statistical differences in the improvement of GFR,Scr,BUN(P<0.05);the TGF-?1 and HE4 were all significantly lower than before treatment,there was statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no significant decrease in 24-hour urinary protein quantification in both groups,there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared.The TCM symptom score of treatment group was lower than control group,there was statistical differences(P < 0.05);The treatment group was more obvious in the improvement of GFR,Scr and BUN,there was statistical difference(P<0.05);Compared with control group,the TGF-?1 and HE4 was lower significantly,there was statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Prescription for invigorating spleen and kidney-dispelling turbidity activating blood can effectively alleviate various symptoms of patients with CKD3-4;2.The prescription significantly improved renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease and improve Glomerular filtration rate and reduce Scr and BUN;3.The prescription can effectively reduce the expression of TGF-?1 and HE4,which can postpone renal fibrosis.
