Objective:To investigate the musical electroacupuncture scalpspoint-through-point therapy on the activity of substantia nigraincluding Ca2+-ATPase in the brain of rat with parkinson’sdisease and to explore the process of acupuncture treatment ofParkinson’s disease neuronal calcium homeostasis maintainingcellular and molecular mechanisms of acupuncture provide atheoretical basis for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods:Established Parkinson rats on the left side of the rotatingmodel by double targets injection with6-hydroxyl dopamine onthe right side of the striatum.by apomorphine (APO)-inducedbehavioral verification model success rate. the establishment ofcontrol group, model group, sham operation group, Madoparcontrol group, Musical EA group of five groups. Musicelectro-acupuncture group Baihui penetration needling along theskin temple point alternating bilateral acupuncture needleconnected. Madopar the control group with hydrazine Duo Basitablets orally. after four weeks of rats anesthetized with4%paraformaldehyde fixation brain tissue perfusion, the substantianigra was separated and saved. the spectrophotometricdetermination of rat brain substantia nigra Ca2+-ATPase activitydetection modeling Ca2+-ATPase activity before and after thechanges. The data in this study analyzes were applied SPSS18.0statistical software.Results:The activity of substantia nigra including Ca2+-ATPase inthe brain of rat of model group was lower than the activity of substantia nigra including Ca2+-ATPase in the brain of rat ofnormal group and sham-operated group, with statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.01); The activity of substantia nigraincluding Ca2+-ATPase in the brain of rat ofmusicoelectroacupuncture group was higher than that of modelgroup, with statistically significant difference(P<0.01); Theactivity of substantia nigra including Ca2+-ATPase in the brain ofrat of madopar group was higher than that of model group, withstatistically significant difference(P<0.01); The activity ofsubstantia nigra including Ca2+-ATPase ase in the brain of rat ofmusicoelectroacupuncture group was higher than that of madopargroup, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The musicoelectroacupuncture treatment and madopartreatment could maintain neuronal cell of calcium homeostasis ofPD models in the substantia nigra neurons in rat;Musicoelectroacupuncture and madopar borh had therapeuticeffect on Parkinson’s disease model rats.And the therapeuticeffect of musicoelectroacupuncture group was superior to thetherapeutic effect of madopar group;The activity of substantianigra including Ca2+-ATPase in the brain of Parkinson’s diseasein rats was increased by musicoelectroacupuncture treatment andmadopar treatment;...
