Objective:To observe different interventions on the prevention of CIN on rats includingnormal renal function and renal insufficiency, these interventions includ the hydrationwith normal saline, the hydration with sodium bicarbonate,and statin combinedhydration on SD rats of normal renal function and renal insufficiency,and observe thevalue of BUN、Scr、CRP、β2-MG、IL-6and the expression of HIF-1α and PPAR-γ afterusing contrast medium.Methods:Normal renal function rats were divided into S1(big dosage statin,n=15)、S2(small dosage statin,n=15)、S1+L(big dosage statin combined sodium chloride,n=15)、T(sodium bicarbonate,n=15)、A(blank gtoup,n=15)、B(no interventiongroup,n=15). Renal disfunction rats were divided into S1R(big dosage statin,n=15)、S2R(small dosage statin,n=15)、S1+LR(big dosage statin combined sodium chloride,n=15)、TR(sodium bicarbonate,n=15)、AR(blank gtoup,n=15)、BR(no interventiongroup,n=15). Observe BUN、Scr、CRP、β2-MG、IL-6,and take kidney samples forHE staining and immunohistochemical examination after48h.Result:1.Normal renal function SD:①the level of BUN、Scr、CRP、IL-6、urine β2-MGof S1group, S2group, S1+L group is lower than L group and T group (P<0.05);②thelevel of BUN、Scr、CRP、IL-6、urine β2-MG of L group and T group is lower than Bgroup(P<0.05);③The level of bloodβ2-MG is no difference between thesegroups;④The expression of HIF-1α、PPAR-γ of S1group, S2group, S1+L group isdecreased in contrast to L group and T group (P<0.05),but there is no difference between these groups(P>0.05);The expression of HIF-1α、PPAR-γ of L group and Tgroup is decreased in contrast to B group (P<0.05),there is no difference between Lgroup and T group (P>0.05).2.Renal in insufficiency: the level of BUN、Scr、CRP、IL-6of S1R group, S2Rgroup, S1+LR group is lower than LR group、TR group and BR group (P<0.05);②thelevel of BUN、Scr、CRP、IL-6of TR group is lower than LR group(P<0.05),there is nodifference between LR group and BR group;③the level of blood β2-MG and urineβ2-MG of renal insufficiency group is higher than normal renal functiongroup(P<0.05),there is no diffefence between intervention group and BR group in renalinsufficiency group (P>0.05),the level of urine β2-MG has difference between eachintervention group(P<0.05);④the expression of HIF-1α、PPAR-γ of renal insufficiencygroup is increased in contrast to normal renal function, S1R group, S2R group, S1+LRgroup is decreased in contrast to LR group and TR group (P<0.05),but there is nodifference between these three groups(P>0.05);The expression of HIF-1α、PPAR-γ ofTR group is decreased in contrast to LR group and BR group(P<0.05),there is nodifference between LR group and BR group (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.All these interventions can prevent CIN of normal renal function,and high-dosedstatin、low-dosed statin、hydration combined statin are superior to hydration. HIF-1α、PPAR-γ may participate procedure of CIN,their expressions are decreased wheninterventions are better.2. All these interventions can prevent renal function injury ofrenal insufficiency rats because of contrast medium,HIF-1α、PPAR-γ may participateprocedure of CIN,their expressions are decreased when interventions are better.
