Preliminary Clinical Observation Of Moxibustion Combined Lamivudine For Chronic Hepatitis B Liver And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: to compare with lamivudine and moxibustion treatment to change type ofchronic viral hepatitis b (CHB) role difference, to evaluate the effect of moxibustionauxiliary treatment of chronic hepatitis b, to explore the mechanism of action ofmoxibustion therapy of chronic hepatitis b,.Methods:60cases change the type of chronic hepatitis b patients were randomlydivided into treatment group30cases (lamivudine combined moxibustion) and controlgroup30cases (lamivudine alone), observed12weeks after treatment of TCM clinicalsyndrome, immunity, liver function and HBV-DNA curative effect.Results: the total effective rate:70%treatment group, control group was63.3%, thetotal curative effect of treatment group is higher than the control group, but because of theobservation period of treatment is shorter, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Treatment group in improving clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, livermeritorious service is, the immune index is better than that in control group, withsignificant difference (P <0.05); In improving the serological conversion rate of hepatitis b,HBV-DNA Yin, transfer rate, etc., comparing the two groups, there was no significantdifference (P>0.05).Conclusion: on the basis of lamivudine antiviral treatment along with moxibustiontreatment of chronic hepatitis b can improve the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinesemedicine, liver meritorious service is, the immune index. For further study on themoxibustion auxiliary treatment of chronic hepatitis b provides objective basis, to furtherpromote the therapy has important significance.
