Methods: Use enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to examine IL-2,IFN-R, IL-4, IL- 10 levels in 20 chronic hepatitis B patients sera with lamivudine treatment and compare its changes between pre-treat and pQs~t-treat. Results: significant difference were seen between pre-treat and post-treat about IL-2,IFN-r,IL-4,IL- 10 in sera(P>0.05). There are no significant difference between high-copy HBV-DNA groups and low-copy HBV-DNA groups about IL-2,IFN-r,IL-4,IL- 10 in CHB(mode is light) sera (P>0.05).There are positive relationship between IL-2 and IFN-r(P<0.001). Conclusions: There are no significant changes between pre-treat and post-treat with lamivudine about IL-2,IFN-r,IL-4,IL- 10 in chronic hepatitis B patients (mode is light) sera;lamivudine have rio immunoregulation effect; HBV-DNA may be not affect secretion of IL-2.IFN-r,IL..- 4,IL-1O.
