Clinical Study About Krackow Suture And Improved Kessler Suture For Repairing Rupture Of Achilles Tendon Closed

Objective:. To compare Krackow suture and improved Kessler suture this two kindsof surgical suture for the repair of clinical treatment and research of the Achilles tendonrupture closed.Method: From shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospitalorthopedic choose from January2012to July2013, during the Krackow suture andimproved Kessler suture two surgical methods for clinical treatment of closed repair ofAchilles tendon rupture, followed by postoperative AOFAS rating standard evaluation ofankle function evaluation and Arner-Lindholm rating method to compare the methods oftwo kinds of stitching and analysis.Result: A, B this two groups of postoperative follow-up according to tracking andevaluation method through the Arner-Lindholm and postoperative AOFAS score standardevaluation of ankle joint function assessment after statistics analysis, A and B there was nosignificant difference between two groups (P>0.05). A, B two groups of postoperativesatisfaction have significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: Krackow suture and improved Kessler suture both surgical suturemethod for closed Achilles tendon rupture are achieved good effect; Krackow suture afterspells because its early tension strength is larger, so can be early functional exercise,patient satisfaction is higher, and can effectively avoid the Achilles tendon rupture again,Achilles tendon adhesion complications, such as treatment is closed Achilles tendonrupture ideal treatment method.
