| Purpose:Patients use traditional Chinese medicine of supplementing qi and activatingblood circulationã€heat-clearing and detoxifying on the basis of the standard treatment ofwestern medicine.Doctors observe changes of CK-MBã€cTnIã€hs-CRP and explore thepossible mechanism of action to provide scientific basis for perioperative periodmyocardial injury. Methods: patients with unstable angina undergoing PCI treated in our hospital fromNovember2011to November2013were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group. There are30cases in the observation group, there are30cases in the controlgroup. Two groups of patients are given the foundation of western medicine, includingACEI or ARB, diuretics, β-blockers, nitrates and essential anticoagulant, antiplatelet andantihypertensive treatment..The control group are given TCM from3days before surgeryto7days after surgery on the basis of the standard treatment of western medicine.Twogroups were compared to observe changes of CK-MB cTnI and hs-CRP before PCI and12hã€24hand72h after PCI respectively. The occurrence of cardiac events was recordedandcompared between two groups in a30d follow up.Results:1The CK-MBã€cTnI and hs-CRP leverls all increased after PCI,But the extentof the increase in observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).2Observation group,TCM clinical symptom score was significantly lower than thecontrol group,(P<0.05).3the incidence of cardiovascular events in the30d was nosignificant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine for PCI perioperative myocardialischemia-reperfusion injury had a protective effect. TCM can improve the patient’s clinicalsymptoms, but the recent cardiovascular events has no obvious change. |
