Objective: In order to save patients with myocardial ischemia, coronary revasculariz-ation based Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and Coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) has been widely carried out, but recurrent angina after coronaryrevascularization is still clinically a serious problem. in recent years, Chinese medicineresearch in the fied has received more and more attention, there are also many scholarselaborated its pathogenesis in many aspects, Reinforcing Qi and Promoting bloodcirculation and Detoxify is the the classic method of treatment for these patients which issummarized and formed by famous veteran teran doctors of TCM Professor Ding Shuwenthrough years of clinical experience. This paper aims to the comparison of clinical efficacyin treatment of angina pectoris after coronary revascularization between Tongxinluocapsule and Reinforcing Qi and Promoting blood circulation and Detoxify, to Investigatethe pathogenesis of deep significance of Reinforcing Qi and Promoting blood circulationand Detoxify in treatment of angina pectoris after coronary revascularization. Methods: All patients were from Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese MedicalHospital outpatient and inpatient. According to the random number table, divided intotreatment group and control group with30cases in each.According to the order of thesubjects, to distribute drugs randomly. The control group received conventional westernmedicine and Tongxinluo capsule, the treatment group received conventional westernmedicine and Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction addition and subtraction, To assess the efficacyof the two groups after4weeks treatment. All given nitroglycerin when angina pectoris(Beijing Yimin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. production), each0.5mg, sublingual.Results:1.There were no significant differences between the two groups beforetreatment in general, coronary CT angiography results, Seattle angina questionnaire scores and TCM syndrome integral, the two groups were comparable.2. According to the Seattleangina questionnaire indicators, the treatment group was significantly better than thecontrol group, there was significant difference (P<0.01,P<0.05).3.In the improvement ofcardiac ejection fraction and ECG efficacy, the treatment group was better than the controlgroup, the difference was significant (P <0.05).4.In ECG efficacy of patients improved, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05)5.In terms of TCM symptoms of patients improved, the treatment group was betterthan the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05).6.In the regulation of bloodlipid levels of patients, the treatment group was better than the control group, the differencewas significant(*P<0.05,**P<0.01).7.The two groups were no obvious adversereactions. Conclusion: Reinforcing Qi and Promoting blood circulation and Detoxify methodcan improve the situation of myocardial ischemia in patients with angina pectoris aftercoronary revascularization, improve the cardiac function and life quality, safety and no sideeffects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
