| As it is a important threaten to the middle-aged and the olders' life and health, the angina pectoris caused by the coronary artery disease, just as the stroke and malignant tumor, is one of the three main diseases which can lead to a high rate of disability and death. In these years, due to the changes of diet habit, the increasing number of old people and the decrease of communicable diseases, the morbidity of angina pectoris is stepping up while more young people are with angina pectoris. Combining the pharmacological action of Chinese medicine and the provocation in the body point, the therapy of Chinese medicine application at the point is a distinct method of Chinese medicine. In modern society, comparing with the western medicine for oral use, the Chinese medicine application therapy show its superiority in the aspects of little adverse reaction, convenience, distinction and better curative effect. Therefore, it is significant to clinic practice that the Chinese medicine application therapeutic effect researching by the modern medicine theory and method and the analysis of external treatment's principal. Basing on the point at issue that the deficiency of kidney Yang is the most fundamental pathomechanism in the angina pectoris, professor Luo Luyi of our university has developed the Chinese medicine preparation Tongxin Tie which can be spread on the points of Neiguan and Xinshu to treat the angina pectoris by warming the Yang and reinforcing the nephros. Accordingly, this research would observe the curative effect of Tongxin Tie and explore the protective effectiveness and mechanism of Tongxin Tie therapy in the treatment of angina pectoris.Purpose: Observing the curative effect of Tongxin Tie and explore the protective effectiveness and mechanism of Tongxin Tie therapy in the treatmentof angina pectoris. Methods : 80 valid patients were divided into the application therapy group and the control group by the simple randomization. The therapy group was treated by the application on the points of Xinshu and Neiguan of the Tongxin Tie (Asiasarum 20g, Radix Aconiti Lateral is Preparata 15g, Psoralea Fruits 15g, Cassia 15g) while the control group was treated by the Isosorbide mononitrate (40mg toties quoties, omni die, 30 days would be a course of treatment) . The patients' symptoms, electrocardiogram, dynamic electrocardiogram, hepatic function, renal function, electrolytes examination and the three main routine examination before and after the treatment of the two groups were detected while the blood-serum endothelin (ET), nitrogen monoxidum (NO), hemorheology examination, hemo-axungia examination were detected as well. Then, the data would be treated by statistical analysis to get the conclusion. Result: The therapeutic effect of the Tongxin Tie is described as follow: the proportion of predominant curative effect in the angina pectoris make up 22. 5% while the proportion of amelioration is 82. 5%;the relief in the angina pectoris occur at 6. 67±2. 85 days later after the therapy;the proportion of predominant curative effect in the electrocardiogram reach 17. 5% while the proportion of amelioration is 67. 5%;the period of abnormal ST-T situation last 121. 45±14. 28 minutes before the treatment comparing with that last 58. 49±5.82 minutes after the treatment. There is no predominant statistically differences between the two groups (P>0. 05). Furthermore, the application therapy group gains better therapeutic effect on the improvement of cardiopalmus and agrypnia than the control group does (P<0. 05) . The application therapy results in the decrease in the level of TC, cholesterin, low density lipoprotein, endothelin and the increase in that of high density lipoprotein and nitrogen monoxidum. There is predominant statistically differences between the two groups on the indicatrix mentioned above (P<0. 05) . Conclusions: The therapy of warming the Yang and reinforcing the nephros gains outstanding curative effect and little adverse reaction in the treatment of angina pectoris by the application on the points of Xinshu and Neiguan. The application therapy could improve artherosclerosis, protect ischemic myocardium and cure the coronary artery disease by adjusting the hemo-axungia, improving hemorheology, NO, ET and the function of endothelium. |
