The Clinical Observation Of Heat-clearing And Detoxicating On Treating The Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis Cooperating With Euthyrox

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect that Heat-clearing and Detoxicatingwith Euthyrox caused in the middle or later treatment of the Hashimoto’s thyroiditis causedby the deficiency of spleen or spleen-kidney (clinical indicators FT3,FT4was normal orreduced,TSH was increased,while the A-TPO、A-TG was significantly higher),and toexplore the therapeutic advantages combing chinese and western.Methods:60patients diagnosed by the Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with Subclinicalhypothyroidism or Clinical hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups.Thetreatment group of30cases were given the Heat-clearing and Detoxicating andEuthyrox,the others were given Euthyrox as control group.Drug use4weeks for a periodof treatment,3successive treatment.Results: clinical observation shows that the treatment group in improving the diseasesymptoms and signs is better than the control group (P <0.05);In improving TPOAb,TGAb is better than the control group (P <0.01);In improving thyroid left and rightlobe,the isthmus thickness aspect is better than the control group (P <0.05);In improvingblood lipids,blood flow changesrelatedindicators is better than the controlgroup (P <0.01).And clinical drug safety,did not produce adverse reactions.Conclusion: clinical curative effect shows the clinical efficacy of Heat-clearing andDetoxicating with Euthyrox in the middle or later treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis issure，adverse reactions small and deserves further.
