ObjectIrritable bowel syndrome is a common clinical gastrointestinal disorders, complexpathogenesis, involving infection, stress, allergies, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, endocrine, and many other reasons, there is no perfect mechanism to explain thepathogenesis. TH17cells is one kind of subsets of T cell founding in inflammatory jointdiseases devastating diseases.TH17cells which differentiation of CD4+T cells secreteIL-17involved in inflammation, allergic diseases, IS irritable bowel syndromepathogenesis causing of exposed TH17cells. To explore the relationship between irritablebowel syndrome and TH17activation, along factors and food allergies, stress linked.MethodChoosing30IBS-D patients as case group according to the Rome III diagnosticcriteria, taking20normal volunteers as a control group. Object of study and fasting bloodpumping stay serum IL-17serum through ELISA detection of serum IL-17levels; takingpsychological testing for the study trip and depression and anxiety scores to assesssymptoms of anxiety and depression points severity; blood tests for the study of serum14kinds of food allergen detection, detection of allergens; and electronic colonoscopy were, respectively, in the ileocecal, transverse colon, sigmoid colon of tissue pathology IL-17immunohistochemical staining, Medical image analysis software using positive cells.Analysis of anxiety, depression factors, allergens, on intestinal TH17cells and IL-17inperipheral blood. Result1. IBS-D group and the control group, the colonic mucosa immunohistochemistrypoints, the case group:8±4.26, control group4.9±3.77, the two groups, a significantdifference (P <0.05).2. IBS-D group and control group, serum IL-17levels, patient group:24.71±20.62,controls19.66±15.99, no significant difference (P>0.05) groups.3. IBS-D group and control group, the level of psychological stress anxiety score,IBS-D group:7.13±4.48, normal1.70±1.56, the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01); depression score, IBS-D group:6.97±3.31, normal2.10±1.83, weresignificantly different (P <0.01).4. IBS-D patients group and normal control group, the source of food allergy testresults, the case group: penicillin (case group25/30, control group11/20, P <0.05); milk(case group26/30, the control group7/20, P <0.01); lamb (case group23/30, the controlgroup9/20, P <0.05), there are significant differences. Compare two types of allergens, thecase group:20.67±7.963, control group:3.65±3.65, statistically significant (P <0.01),allergen type, patient group:12.3±4.66, control group:10.85±2.28, no statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05).5. The cases of IBS-D group and normal control group, immunohistochemical scoreand allergen integral: r=0.579; the types of allergens: r=0.477, there was statisticalcorrelation (P<0.05), and anxiety: r=0.123; depression: r=0.354;:the value of serum IL-17:r=0.159, have no correlation (P>0.05)Conclusion1.TH17cell activated in the colonic mucosa of IBS-D, TH17cells may participate inthe pathogenesis of IBS-D.2. TH17cell in IBS-D colonic mucosal activation associated with food allergicfactors., food allergy may be inducing factors of IBS-D.3.There are differences of psychological stress level IBS-D, anxiety and depressioncompared with the normal control group, but may be related to TH17cell activationindependent of psychological stress.
