The Construction And Empirical Study Of The Elderly Home Care Community Service System

With today’s rapid development of social economy, increasingly perfect of themedical service level and the extension of human life, accordingly, an aging population hasbecome the inevitable outcome of the social and economic development.The speeding upof an aging population and the rapid increase of elderly population, making the elderlychronic disease prevalence and loss of energy increases, the family structure has becomeincreasingly aging, miniaturization, family care functions increasingly weaken, thetraditional family care form have been unable to adapt to the challenges of an ageingsociety.In this case, the aging or the pension that occupy the home became the variouscountries’ government actively promote the development of long-term care services mainidea, the development of community-based home care services become a maindevelopment direction.At present, home care community service in the world is in popular trend, but startedrelatively late in our country.But with the rapid development of our country’s economy, thepopularization of the community health service, especially the elderly people to home carecommunity service demand will continue to increase.To this, the Chinese government hasalso formulated relevant development plan, to the end of the12th five-year will initiallybuild intelligent pension service system.First of all, this study combined with the studies in the elderly home care experience,using quantitative analysis method for investigating Tai’an City demand for home carecommunity service in the elderly, cognitive and willingness to use and its influencingfactors, and on this basis to construct our country the elderly home care community servicesystem, and then to self care for the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus results to verifythe feasibility of care community service system at home and the actual application results.
