Establishment On Evaluation Index System Of The Quality Of Home Care Service Under The Condition Of Health Management

Objective This study aims to explore the evaluation index system for the construction of the quality of home care service under the condition of health management,and provide reference for evaluating the quality of home care service scientifically and reasonably,in order to promote the development of home care service in our country.Methods(1)Through literature research,using the Questionnaire on the Health Risk Factors for the Elderly to investigate.(2)Using semi-structured qualitative interview method to get in-depth interviews around the existing circumstances and wishes of home care service.(3)We got the index system framework on the basis of preliminary study,and through two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence to filtrate the indicators.(4)Using the multi-input weighted sequence method to assign the weight of each index,and then l established the evaluation index system.Results The evaluation index system of the quality of home care service include six primary indicators of service policy(0.1479),health file(0.1160),physical examination(0.1832),health education(0.1849),medical services(0.2454),rehabilitation service(0.1227)and 18 secondary indicators.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of experts are both 100%,and the authority coefficients is 0.8465.Conclusion In this study,the evaluation index system of the quality of home care service was constructed by a variety of methods,and covering six primary and 30 secondary items.The method used in the index system is scientific and expert,and the author has a high degree of authority and strong reliability.It can provide some reference for the evaluation of the service quality of home care,and has certain application value in improving the home care service system and improving the quality of life of the elderly.
