Pulsatilla Soup For Ulcerative Colitis Endotoxin Level And Research On The Effects Of Defensive Element-2

Objective:To investigate the effect of Pulsatillae soup on inflammatory factors throughexperiments, which can guide the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:Pulsatilla Soup for the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitisenema:(Pulsatilla20g, Scutellaria15g,Coptis15g,Treats15g,Qinpi15g,Patrinia30g,Baiji20g,Burnet15g, SJ15g,notoginseng powder3g,red peony root15g,moutan15g,herb15g,soil Poria30g). choose electronic colonoscopy diagnosed with mild tomoderate rectum,sigmoid colon ulcerative colitis in hospitalized patients,before andafter treatment in fasting venous blood3ml,speed of3000r/min,centrifugal5min,theserum was separated using a modified azo LAL the quantitative chromogenic assayserum endotoxin levels,at the same time test the levals of ESR,CRP. The application ofSPSS17.0software was used for statistical processing.Before and after treatmentelectronic colonoscopy was used to achieve colonic mucosa for fluorescencequantitative PCR detection and WB to detect the levals of HBD-2mRNA and HBD-2expression.Results:(1)Useing Pulsatilla soup enema treatment,patients erythrocyte sedimentationrate,C-reactive protein,endotoxin levels than before treatment was significantly betterafter treatmen,(corresponding P values were:P=0.002;P=0.008;P=0.001,P<0.05).(2)Before Pulsatilla soup was used in patients with ulcerative colitis,mucosadefense element2(HBD-2) was higher than normal mucosa,and was positivelyassociated with the degree of mucosal inflammation infiltration,but there were notstatistical significance with clinical manifestations pathogenic site,HBD-2was highexpression.Treatment of later generations2was significantly reduce the defense element.At the same time the degree of mucosal healing and significant secretionrestored,HBD-2mRNA expression in earlier.Conclusion:(1)Pulsatilla soup was curative treatment of ulcerative colitis.(2)After treatment with Pulsatilla soup,the ESR,CRP,endotoxin were significantlyimproved compared with the previous index in patients blood.(3)Before the treatment of Pulsatilla soup was used in patients with ulcerativecolitis,people defense element2(HBD-2) was higher than normal mucosa.Treatmentof later generations2was significantly reduce the defense element. Ulcerative colitispatients using Pulsatilla soup treatment can reduce HBD-2mRNA expression.
