bjective:To investigate the relationship of the expressions ofchemokine receptor4(CXCR4)and vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) with metastasis in human gastric cancer. Methods: Wechoose109tissue section from Luzhou Medical School AffiliatedHospital pathology department. Human gastric cancer tissue have94ofthem, and15of them is normal human gastric tissue.NestedImmuohistochemistry (SP) was used to detect the expression of CXCR4and VEGF-C expression were observed. Through the analysis ofexperimental data, combined with clinical pathological data. Explore itssignificance in representing the relation between the normal humangastric tissue and different gastric cancer stages.Results:1)Theexpression of CXCR4was did not detected in normal gastric tissues, theexpression of CXCR4in94cases of gastric cancer tissue positive ratewas80.48%,which compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2)In gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis group, theexpression of CXCR4expression positive rate was88.89%, gastriccancer with peritoneal metastasis positive expression of CXCR4ingastric cancer tissue was100%, the difference was statisticallysignificant.(3)The expression of VEGF-C in15cases of normal gastric tissue was13.3%; In early gastric cancer tissues expression positive ratewas56.2%, the positive expression rate of70.51%in advanced gastriccancer, the expression increasing trend, the difference was statisticallysignificant;(4)VEGF-C expression in the tissue of gastric cancer withlymph node metastasis positive rate was98.5%, expressed in withoutlymph node metastasis positive rate was63.36%, the difference wasstatistically significant.(5) The expression of CXCR4and VEGF-C ingastric cancer has relevance correlated relationship.(6) CXCR4andVEGF-C have no obvious relationship expression in gastric cancer withthe patient age, tumor size, tumor growth areas, and them closely relatedto the degree of tumor differentiation, TNM stage, tumor infiltrationdepth and whether accompanied by transfer. Conclusions:(1) CXCR4and VEGF-C has high expression in gastric cancer, which may promptthe whole process involved in the occurrence of cancer of the stomach, and along with the development of gastric cancer, the expression positiverate increased, by examining the above two indicators may bring gastriccancer diagnosis, provides some references for the evaluation of gastriccancer progression.(2) VEGF-C and CXCR4in gastric cancer withperitoneal metastasis and lymph node metastasis group increasedsignificantly compared with no transfer of cancer of the stomach, expressed in the two may participate in the transfer of cancer of thestomach, may as evaluation index of gastric cancer transfer.(3) CXCR4 VEGF-C may have objective index for The early diagnosis of gastriccancer, stomach cancer prevention.(4) CXCR4correlated with VEGF-Cexpression in gastric cancer, there may be some common regulationfunction, jointly participate in gastric cancer occurrence, developmentand transfer process, and there is a mutual influence relationship, but therelated mechanism of the interaction between still needs further research.(5) We can find some new targets for the prevention and treatment gastriccancer, this may be a new ways and methods of the prevention andtreatment of cancer of the stomach in the future.
