Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and applied value of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy combined pelvic lymphadenectomy(LRHPL) in the treatment of stage ⅠA2-ⅡA cervical cancer with the application of LigaSure. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on117cases with stage ⅠA2-ⅡA cervical cancer in the Guangxi zhuang autonomous region people’s hospital from September2009to December2013, who were underwent radical hysterectomy combined pelvic lymphadencetomy with LigaSure.Cases was divided into laparoscopic surgery group and abdominal group. All cases’s preoperative pathological diagnosis were cervical cancer, and were stage ⅠA2-ⅡA.Statistics and analyze the short-term results such as baseline characteristics, the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, recovery time of bowel function, pathological result after operation, number of lymphnodes excised, pelvic lymphnode metastasis rate, treatment cost,post-operative hospital stay, complication. Results:One case of the laparoscopic surgery group converted to laparotomy, the rest were successfully performed under laparoscope. There were no significant differences between the two groups concerning about the number of excised lymph nodes, pathological examination after operation, complication in the operation and the time of keeping urinary canal after operation(P>0.05). To compare with laparotomy group, the blood loss during operation was less, recovery of bowel function and post-oparative hospital stay were shorter, the operative complications was less in the laparoscopy group, the operative time was longer in laparoscopy group,There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic radical hysterectomy combined pelvic lymphadenectomy in the treatment of IA2-IIA cervical cancer is much safer and more effectually, which may be widely applicated and generalizationed in treating cervical cancer.
