Objective:Through collecting the cases of intertrochanteric fracture treated by Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation (PFNA) and proximal femur anatomical locking plate (PF-LCP), to analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy clinical experience in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture, and summarize the clinical experience in the treatment of inter-trochanteric fracture. Methods:In this study,45cases are PFNA method of treatment,38cases of proximal femoral anatomical locking plate for treatment. Obser-ving in the patients with operation time, blood loss, incision length, pos-toperative complications, postoperative ambulation time indicators.the results are statistically analyzed to assess the therapeutic effect of PFNA and PF-LCP in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Results:Clinical observation on all the patients and follow-up, through statistical analysis, the differences between PFNA group and anatomical locking plate group in blood loss, operation duration, postoperative ambulation and fracture healing time are statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that PFNA and PF-LCP are both appropriate for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture in aged person.PFNA is much and it is an ideal method in the treatment of Evans-Jensen Ⅱ,Ⅲ type intertrochanteric fracture, especially for older, poor physical condition, can not endure the long time operation patients. PF-LCP would be a good idea for the patients who combined with severe osteoporosis, or comminuted fracture of the greater trochanter in itself. |
