Effects Of Bazhu Mixture On Senile Dementia Intelligence In Marrow Deficiency Senile

Purpose:Concept The Influence on Intelligent and Endothelin,D-dimer lever of sea of marrow insufficient syndrome in patients with senile dementia who treat with Bazhu Mixture, Evaluate its effectiveness and safety.Method:A randomized controlled,70patients met the inclusion criteria who is the Inpatients or outpatients.Randomly assigned to treatment and control groups,All35cases.Treatment group:Bazhu mixture was decoction,2times/day, control groups:Liuweidihuangwan,one pill/once.once/day;and Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves tablets,one piece/once,three times a day.Total3months of treatment, using Alzheimer’s disease ssessment scale of cognitive part and MMSE to evaluate the patients’intelligence,using Clinical Dementia Rating Scale(CDR) to evaluation of the severity of the patient’s,using the clinical symptom scores to evaluation Bazhu mixture efficacy in patients with clinical symptoms.While observing the endothelin and D-dimer levers in patients.Result:The treatment group and the control group improved symptom scores wereafter treatment (P <0.01), the treatment group than the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the two groups after treatmentof Alzheimer’s disease assessment scale cognitive portion (ADAS-cog) scores were improved (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05); Kyohko Hasegawa simple intelligence scale in two groups after the treatment (HDS-R) were improved (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the two group after treatment two D-dimer levels weredecreased (P<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); endothelin levels wereimproved after treatment in two groups (P<0.01), and the treatment group than the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P< 0.05).Two groups of patients during treatment were not found in blood, urine, fecesof three common abnormal, liver, renal function showed no abnormality.Conclusion:In this study, the treatment table Bazhu mixture of senile dementia has a significant effect,The TCM syndrome and intelligent have been improved,and reduces the endothelin and D-D levels. Bazhu mixture have a good curative effect and was safety in the treatment of senile dementia.
