Objective:Discuss the combination of ultrasound elastography score and BI-RADS-US classification in breast cancer diagnosis value. Methods:Research Methods:Between January2012to April2014, selected93elderly patients with breast disease as research in our hospital, with a total of127placeholders, patients with the average age of (68.46±11.51) years old, all patients have the final surgery or puncture obtained pathology results. All patients enrolled in the joint application of ultrasound elastography score and BI-RADS-US classification examination for diagnosis to mammography as a control group, confirmed by pathology, comparative diagnostic results.Inspection Methods:Patients were normal supine position, fully exposed breasts and armpits, real-time application of GE E9ultrasound high-frequency linear array probe, probe frequency6-15MHz, first routine ultrasound examination (including2D, color Doppler, spectral Doppler ultrasound), the lesions observed internal echo, posterior echo, shape, border, measure the size, aspect ratio, to understand the blood supply, measure blood flow resistance index RI, followed by ultrasound elastography, start elasticity imaging procedures, using real-time double-width mode, elastography score were used for diagnosis, combined with BI-RADS-US semi-quantitative method for diagnostic evaluation of lesions.Mammography Methods:Patients were standing position, mammography X-ray photography equipment for American General GEApha ST MGF a101mammography, the breast for patients on both sides of the inner and outer oblique photography using axial and oblique projection, in some cases after adding photos processed radiographs or lesions localized piece by conversion into digital images.Result:1.After ultrasound elastography score and BI-RADS-US-US Joint Evaluation of diagnostic classification of both classification of benign and malignant breast placeholder determine the diagnostic classification was84.44%sensitivity and specificity of89.02%, using χ2test analysis,(χ2=67.274, P=0.000), the results were statistically significant.2.Both benign and malignant tumors of the Joint evaluation of diagnostic classification image with two-dimensional image area ratio (t=5.694, P=0.001) are statistically significant.3.Diagnostic ultrasound elastography score and BI-RADS-US classification combination of both in breast lesions in line with higher than mammography. Conclusion: Ultrasound Elastography and BI-RADS-US joint use of scores, a comprehensive evaluation of the lesion, can help elderly patients with benign and malignant breast masses is determined to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast lumps...
