| Background and Purpose: Renal cell carcinoma is a common urinary tract tumors，surgical treatment is the main way for the early renal cell carcinoma, but there are still highlevels of postoperative recurrence rate, It is non-sensitive to radiotherapy andchemotherapy, How to reduce the postoperative recurrence is the important direction ofclinical research, Due to the stronger antigenicity of renal cell carcinoma, DC that pulsedwith RCC antigen become an effective method for renal cell carcinoma treatment. In thisstudy,42cases patients with renal cell carcinoma after operation treated bytumor antigen-loaded dendritic cells(DC) in combination with cytokine-induced killer(CIK)cells were retrospectively analyzed and investigate the effect of the immune function.Methods: Collect42patients with renal cell carcinoma after operation(25males and17females、stageⅠ-Ⅲ,median age57years[28-73years]) during Mar2012to April2014from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University, The function of cell immunityin blood was measured and compared by immunofluorescence at1week before and aftertreatment respectively. Play the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) test at1week beforeand after treatment and observe the rate of DTH.Results: A week after treatment, The percentages of CD3+, CD4+, CD3+CD56+and theratio of CD4+/CD8+increased significantly compared to no-treatment (P<0.05), the levelsof interleukin2(IL-2), interferon gamma(IFN-γ)increased significantly (P<0.05), SpecificDTH reactions to tumor antigen were obviously enhanced. The positive rate of DTH was73.80%(31/42), there was no serious adverse reaction.Conclusions: Treatment with Tumor Cell antigen-loaded dendritic cells(DCs) incombination with cytokine-induced killer(CIK) Cells is safe and effective for postoperativerenal cancer patients, The function of cell immunity was enhanced，improved the immunologicalresponse of the tumor cells.
