Conclusions:Rs13042A locus alleles FAM82B gene significantly reduces the risk of an individual suffering from schizophrenia, and rs3087822site CRIPT G allele of the gene will increase the risk of an individual suffering from schizophrenia. Schizophrenia taking antipsychotics new cases of blood glucose, blood lipids occurred four weeks after the change, increasing the risk of metabolic abnormalities in the course of clinical care tips which should pay full attention caused by antipsychotic drugs.
