Objective:To investigate the clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of patients suffering Staphylococcus aureus septicemia, and to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and rational use of drugs. Methods:Clinical data and strain data were collected and analyzed about patients suffering Staphylococcus aureus septicemia from2009to2012.Results:A total of80strains of Staphylococcus aureus were collected,including40strains of MRS A. The resistance rate of Staphylococcus aureus to methicillin from2009to2011raised year by year, but the rate was tending to drop in2012. Most of the patients of MRSA were the elderly people with diseases. The susceptible factors of MRSA septicemia were associated with indwelling venous catheter and body cavity draining tube, trachea intubation, usage of broad spectrum antibiotics combined, prolonged hospitalization.Conclutions:The prevalence of MRSA was high..Clinical symptom of the patients with MRSA septicemia was severe, and easily complicated with diseases. The isolation rate of MRSA was dropped obviously after the management of antibiotics, strengthened prevention of hospital infection.
