Brasscia rapa cream(niu ma kan zha) is the radix of Brasscia rapa L. to be brewed. Four-volume Medical Code thinks that the taste of Brasscia rapa cream is sweet, the proterty is heat. It has the function of detoxification and nourishing for "pei gen" disease,"long" disease and poisoning disease. Modern pharmacology study find that turnip has the function with oxygen resistance and fatigue resistance. At present, healty food of anti-hypoxia on sale are produced by domestic and overseas, in which the relevant production of turnip can not be found. The article aim to preliminary evaluate safety and effectiveness of turnip, providing the basis with forming process of turnip oral, aimed to product functional health food of enhancing anoxia endurance.Purpose1、Optimized extraction process of Brasscia rapa cream, establish quality control methods.2、Evaluating availability and safety of turnip on mouse enhancing anoxia endurance.3、With materials of turnip, develop to functional liquid of enhancing anoxia endurance and preliminary estabilish study of its quality control.Methods1、Using uniform design experiment method, regarding cream rate and total polysaccharide content as an indicator composite score, investigated the amount of water, soaking time, extraction times, extraction time on Brassica rapa cream total polysaccharide content.2、With the method of TLC, ultraviolet spectrophotometric method to measure content of total polysaccharide.3、Adopting the method of acute toxicity and subacute toxicity, preliminary evaluate safety of turnip.4、Using model of normal pressure hypoxia, acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia and sodium nitrite poisoning experimental method in mice to research the effect of enhancing anoxia endurance of turnip.Results1、The optimum extraction condition was as follows:ten folds of water, four times decoction at boiling temperature, one hours for each time, one hours soaked before the first decoction.2、Establish a method of Brasscia rapa cream quality control about TLC and water insoluble, total ash, determination.3、LD50of mice through the mouth given turnip was56.73g/kg (native herbs), Dm is86.80g/kg (native herbs)/d, Dn is35.55g/kg (native herbs)/d. In0.097~3.1g/kg (native herbs)(BW)/d dose range, turnip for30consecutive days, mortality and weight of male mice were not significantly affected.4、Turnip in0.097-0.775g/kg/d (BW) dose range, the survival time of bearing hypoxia at normal pressure in mice has a linear relation with the dose, Y=0.09+25.91X(R2=0.984, P=0.984). In0.097~3.1g/kg(BW)/d dose range, survival time of mice with acute cerebral ischemic anoxia and dose show concentration-response relationship, its curve equation is Y=28.533-0.005X+1.691e-5*X2-7.371e-9*X3(R20.446, P=0.446).5、Determine the ingredients dosage of turnip oral.Conclusions1、The draft of Brasscia rapa cream was recored by sichuan Tibetan medicinal standard.2、Mouse after mouth turnip once, appearing activities reduce, diet, bilge gas, liquid and other adverse reactions and the phenomenon of death, so that we should be paid attention to dose control when using in clinic.3、Tibetan medicine turnip has the function of enhancing anoxia endurance in mice.4、The forming process of turnip oral is stable and feasible.
