Objective:To observe Expression of cell Apoptosis Genes Related to Hyper-plasia of Mammary Glands under the Intervention of Mongolian Remedy RuXian-KM-I) in rats, Explore the M-I the microscopic mechanism of mammary gland hyperplasia in rats. For M-I treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia mechanism provides the basis.Method:choose8rats randomly chosen from Forty-eight virgin female Wistar rats were regarded as normal control group. The others were injected intramuscular with E2and P copy of mammary gland hyperplasia rat model. Then disease model group was randomly divided into4groups:model control group, Mongolian Remedy RuXian-I (M-I) low dosage group, M-I middle dosage group and M-I high dosage group. Normal control group and model control group take physiological saline, Each M-I dosage group of breast local drug intervention, after the dosage of each group rats breast tissue HE staining, under a microscope the degree of hyperplasia of mammary gland organization form and organization of rats, Then using immunohistochemical method to observe breast tissue cell apoptosis related regulatory factors in the pathological changes and expressions of Bax, Bcl-2in breast tissues were measured.Results:(1)Each M-I group the number of mammary gland flocculus lobular acini and are less than the model control group, cavity discharge is less, the mammary gland bubble number and catheter lumen become smaller and smaller.(2)Compared with normal control group, expression of Bax in model control group were obviously lower (P<0.05), while the expression of Bcl-2were obviously higher (P<0.05). Compared with model control group, the expressions of Bcl-2in breast tissue in M-I high dosage group M-I middle dosage group were obviously lower, while the expressions of Bax breast tissues were obviously higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:All the M-I groups can improve the mammary gland hyperplasia pathologic structure of mammary gland tissue of rats. M-I can inhibit the hyperplasia of mammary gland tissue of rats in the Bel-2, Bax expression, Show that M-I can be related with inhibited cell proliferation and promote cell apoptosis in the breast tissue.
