Study On Mechanism Of Treating Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands With Mongolian Medicine Ruxian-I(M-I) Based On Hyperplasia Regulation

Objective:To observe the effects of Mongolian medicine mammary-I(RX-I)on Annexin A1(ANXA1)?Annexin A2(ANXA2)and translationally controlled tumor protein.(TCTP)in the breast tissue of breast hyperplasia rats,so as to provide experimental basis for exploring the therapeutic mechanism of RX-I in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods:48 unfertilized female Wistar rats,select 12 rats randomly for the control group,and the control group only treat with Vegetable oil for injection,the rest of the animals every muscle injection of estradiol benzoate(0.5 mg/kg),25 d in a row,then every muscle injection of progesterone(4 mg/kg)time,continuous 5 d,copy of mammary gland hyperplasia in rats model,and normal control group rats muscle injection of saline solution.After successful model replication,the model was randomly divided into 3 groups:the control group was given normal saline intragastric administration;the low-dose group of RX-I and the high-dose group of RX-I were given 0.5g·kg-1 and 3.0g·kg-1 by gavage.After the administration,the pathological features of the breast tissue of rats were observed,and ANXA1,ANXA2 and TCTP in the serum and breast tissue of rats were detected.Results:compared with the normal control group,ANXA1,ANXA2 and TCTP expression in breast tissue of the model group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and hyperplasia of breast tissue was significantly changed.Compared with rats in the model group,ANXA1,ANXA2 and TCTP expression in breast tissue of rats in the high-dose group of RX-I was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:RX-I has a good therapeutic effect on hyperplasia rats,and its therapeutic mechanism involves the regulation of ANXA1,ANXA2 and TCTP.
