Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Children Cough Variant Asthma (CVA)Involved In WanTanFufei With Ditan Zhike Decoction

Objective:TO observe the clinical curative effect of Ditan Zhike Decoction in treating Children Cough Variant Asthma (CVA), we made a scientific evaluation to improve the method of traditional Chinese medicine for CVA, and its application mechanism was discussed in this paper.Methods:The children who conform to Chinese and western medicine diagnosis of Children Cough Variant Asthma were as the research object. The children were divided into treatment group and control group in30cases each. The treatment group took Ditan Zhike Decoction while the control group was applied the2-4step therapy of Long-term treatment for asthma. The course of treatment last for4weeks, and follow-up of was3months. After the treatment, the clinical symptoms of each group were observed and recorded. Finally, the collected data was processed and analyzed with the application of SPSS, and an objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect was made.Results:1. The total effective rate and control rate of the treatment group were96.7%and60%respectively while the total effective rate and control rate of the control group were86.6%and23.3%respectively. The treatment group curative effect was better than that in the control group.2. Multi-symptoms of the two groups were improved before the treatment. The result was compared between two groups, and the treatment group was better than the control group.3. Comparing the curative effect of follow-up period, we found that the long-term curative effect of the treatment group was better than that in control group.4. In the aspect of allergic history, almost85%of the children had a history of eczema.Their family members had history of asthma and other allergies accounted for16.7%and70%respectively. The results confirm that allergy is one of the important diagnosis criteria of CVA.5. In the aspect of auxiliary examination, the positive cases in test for allergen accounted for82.5%, and the positive cases in test for lung function accounted for80.6%. Both are important auxiliary examinations in the diagnosis of CVA.Conclusion:1. Through literature research, the paper argues that we should combine Chinese with Western to treat CVA by many aspects such as diagnosis, treatment, pathology, the pharmacological research, complications, Clinical nursing, which can improve the curative effect.2. The curative effect of Ditan Zhike Decoction for Children Cough Variant Asthma of WanTanFUfei is exact. It can control symptoms onset effectively, reduce the frequency of acute attack of CVA, shorten the therapy course and no severe adverse reactions were observed.
