Clinical Observation Of Zhike Pingchuan Decoction On Cough Variant Asthma (Wind Sheng Spasm Syndrome) And Its Effect On Serum EOS、IL-10

Objective:To observe the antitussive and antiasthmatic Decoction on cough variant asthma(wind Sheng spasm syndrome)clinical curative effect and the serum levels of EOS,IL-10.Methods:The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from the outpatient department of respiration 60 cases,cough variant asthma(wind Sheng spasm syndrome)to the patients as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases in the treatment group were given Zhike Pingchuan decoction;30 patients in control group were given montelukast sodium;the treatment course was 2 weeks.Two groups of patients were observed before and after the cough score,TCM syndrome score and effective rate,serum EOS,IL-10 content changes.Results:1.Zhike Pingchuan decoction can effectively improve the cough score and TCM syndrome score,compared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The clinical curative effect of Zhike Pingchuan decoction was significant,the total effective rate was 96.7%,compared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The percentage of EOS decreased(P<0.05)and the content of IL-10 increased(P<0.05)in the two groups after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhike pingchuan decoction on cough variant asthma(wind Sheng spasm syndrome)clinical curative effect,can improve clinical symptoms of patients.2.Zhike Pingchuan decoction can effectively reduce serum EOS levels and increase the content of IL-10,compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy is similar,and it has good safety,and deserves to be popularized in clinical practice.
