Clinical Effective Observation On The Treatment Of The Neostigmine Used In Point Injection Of Double Sides Of Tsusanli Of Urinary Retention Which Appeared After The Surgery Of Mixed Hemorrhoid.

Objective:To observe the Neostigmine used in acupoint injection of double sides of Tsusanli and muscle injection for clinical effect for the treatment of urinary retention which appeared after the surgery of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:The patients are collected in Sichuan province, Chinese medicine hospital (affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of TCM) of Hospital patients in anorectal section,from6-12in2013,who suffer from urinary retention. According to the order of urinary retention, the single numbers marked as experimental group (Neostigmine of Tsusanli acupoint injection group), the double numbers marked as the control group (the Neostigmine of muscle injection group), each group contains30People; First urination,micturition whether unobstructed, completely, were observed after the treatment. Then comparing the curative effect of two groups, concluding that two groups of total effective rate respectively. We use the SPSS17.0software to analyze the data.Results:Experimental group compared with control group in the time of first urination the difference makes some sense(P<0.05). Difference between two groups in the time of best urination is significant(P<0.05). There are diffrences between two groups of the first time of urination and the time of best urination,which appear in an hour(P<0.05).Experimental group:24cases have marked effect,4cases make some sense,2cases of urethral catheterization, the total effective rate is93.33%. Control group:17cases were marked effective,5cases affect,8cases of urethral catheterization, the total effective rate is73.33%. two groups compared in the curative effect, the differences makes great sense (P<0.05). The experiment proves curative effect of Neostigmine used in double sides of Tsusanli acupoint injection is better than Neostigmine used in muscle injection. On the other hand, no obvious adverse reactions appear in the observation.Conclusion:Neostigmine used in double sides of Tsusanli acupoint injection of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative urinary retention comparing to simple coxal muscle injection has obvious effect, two kinds of treatments both have no significant side effects, Neostigmine used in double sides of Tsusanli acupoint injection of mixed hemorrhoid after surgery of urinary retention is a kind of safe and effective treatment method, worthy of further popularization and application in clinical and research.
