To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Heat-clearing And Yin-nourishing With Liver-soothing Therapy In Treating Peripheral Menopause Syndrome Of Kidney-yin Deficiency And Liver Depression Type

Objective:To explore the effective method of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of peripheral menopause syndrome,to evaluate the effect of the heat-clearing and yin-nourishing with liver-soothing therapy in treating peripheral menopause syndrome of kidney yin deficiency and liver depression type,and provide objective basis to prevention and cure of peripheral menopause syndrome with TCM.Methods:A total46cases of patients match the inclusion standard,Give oral administration of Chinese herbal decoction with two courses of treatment,according to modified kupperman score table and Chinese medicine clinical symptom score sheet,Collected the integral before and after treatment and to research the relevance between clinical efficacy and age, Occupation and duration.the data was statistically and correlatively analyzed to evaluate the effect of the heat-clearing and yin-nourishing with liver-soothing therapy.Results:1.The Observation of46patients, mild conditions were modified kupperman index in10cases,27cases were moderate disease, those with severe disease,9cases; TCM syndrome integral light condition in20patients with moderate disease who25cases and severe disease in I patients.2.The Observation of46patients after treatment, improved efficacy results modified kupperman index:28cases markedly.12cases effective,6cases invalid,total effective rate86.96%,before and after treatment were significantly improved modified kupperman index difference(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score have efficacy results:28cases markedly,14cases effective,4cases invalid, The total effective rate was91.30%,TCM syndrome score have integrated significant difference(P<0.05).3.The Observation of46patients, age factors, education, occupation, the total number of pregnancy, abortion times, menstruation situation, merge cyst had no correlation,the level of patient’s condition had correlation to the efficacy.heavier of patient’s condition let effect worse.Gonelusion:The heat-clearing and yin-nourishing with liver-soothing therapy in treating peripheral menopause syndrome of kidney yin deficiency and liver depression type to improve such symptom as hot flashes,night sweats,irritability is remarkable,thus is safe in the clinical usage,can be used as a treatment of peripheral menopause syndrome of kidney yin deficiency and liver depression type of one of the effective method.
