The Research Of Cupping Effect In Phlegm Constitution Subhealth Crowd And The Influence Of Infrared Image

Objective:Through observing the result after cupping intervention and the impact of infrared ermography on phlegm-dampness constitution crowd, try to find a simple and effective Regulating way for that crowd. Explore infrared thermography as a tool for phlegm-dampness physical identification of TCM and the evaluation of toning effect.Methods:(1) Grouping:choose68patients which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with34cases in the treatment group and34ones in the control group.(2) Methods:the treatment group were cupping4times. First of all,give the moving cupping on bladder meridian, then remain cans on the back shu points alternately,each point leave10min.we cannot give the another intervention untill scan spots disappear. the control group did not take any intervention.(2) Obvervational index:collect the information of phlegm-dampness constitution scale, short form36questionnaire and infrared thermography before and after the intervention. Obverve the change of scales and infrared thermography before and after the intervention.Results:(1) The effective rate of Scale evaluation was87.10%,and the effective rate of infrared thermography was61.29%.(2)After4times’cupping intervention of the treatment group, the score of phlegm-dampness constitution scale is reduced and P=0.010(P<0.05), which means the score of phlegm-dampness constitution scale Improve significantly, compared with before. But the score of phlegm-dampness constitution scale in the control group have no change and there was no statistically significant difference before and after comparison (P>0.05). Experimental group and control group after the intervention points comparing P=0.0043(P<0.05).(3)The score of short form36questionnaire after4times’cupping intervention significantly increased than before and P=0.000(P<0.01),which means the score of short form36questionnaire Improve significantly in treatment group,compared with the control group. But the score have no diffrengce in the control group and no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)..Experimental group and control group after the intervention points comparing P=0.000(P<0.01).(4) Infrared thermography aspect:The temperature of middle burner and the back have statistically significant difference before and after the intervention in the treatment group(P<0.05). The temperature in the control group have no change and no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)..Conclusion:(1)Cupping method is Safe and effective for intervening Phlegm-dampness Constitution crowd,and it can be used in clinical.(2)To observe the sensitivityof cupping intervention, the Infrared thermography tempreture is not as good as scale integral evaluation.(3)Infrared thermography can be used as a tool of TCM phlegm-dampness constitution’s identification and Toning effect evaluation.
