Electrical stimulation (ES) can regulate the behavior of cells on certain materials, such as changes in tissue scaffolds, which used to treat nerve damage and other diseases. As it is not easy to repair nerve tissue damage, electrical stimulation is good for repairing neural tissue. Electrical stimulation of the tissue engineering application, however, not only need conductive support material as the basement, feasible electrical stimulation model and suitable parameters are also needed. Therefore, the design of the electrical stimulation training model and the electrical stimulation parameters setting are essential.This article was prepared for doping hyaluronic acid (HA) of poly3,4-ethylenedioxy thiophene(PEDOT) nano conductive particles by chemical polymerization method. It also was combined with polylactic acid (PLLA) and to be a good electrical conductivity and biodegradable PEDOT/PLLA composites. I designed a feasible model of the electrical stimulation model and setted electrical stimulation parameters. I examined the growth biological compatibility indexes such as adhesive of PC12cells in PEDOT/PLLA composite materials and ES.Four-probe electrical conductivity tests show that when the3,4-thiophene ethylene2oxygen (EDOT) monomer is0.01mol, dopant HA0.05g,oxidant ammonium persulfate (APS) is0.015mol, reaction time24hours, PEDOT’s grain diameter in the range of200-300nm;PEDOT mass concentration was30%,preparation of PEDOT/PLLA membrane conductivity can reach2.61×10-2s/cm.After electrical stimulation of cell viability was determined by MTT analysis has a certain degree of decline, but the metallographic microscope showed that PEDOT/PLLA membrane synergy ES is good for PC12cell elongation of synapses and adhesion.Preliminary results show that the above PEDOT/PLLA membrane and electrical stimulation can cause PC12cells axons extending and shop grown into a network form, in terms of experiment in the current intensity,500μA is most obvious for electrical stimulation on PC12cells. It provides experimental support for the further related nerve tissue engineering research.
