Curative Effect Of Knee Joint Combined With Multiple Ligament Injuries Treated By Stages

Objective:Through the treatment of patients with knee joint multiple ligamentdamage in different stages,contrast the effect of treatment of multipleligament damage after staging treated.Methods:Selected67cases of multiple ligament injury patients treated in ourhospital orthopaedic from June2009to March2014,42males and25females, ages18to54years old, with an average age of37years old.28cases were traffic injury,18cases were high fall injury,14cases werefalling objects to hurt,and9cases were sprain such as skiing,witch all areclosed.They would be operated in2to20days after injured,with anaverage of7days. Schenk classification (KDII~KDIV): KDII type(ACL+PCLS)37cases, KDIIIM type （ACL+PCL+MCL)14cases,KDIIIL type (ACL+PCL+LCL)11patients, KDIV type（ACL+PCL+MCL+LCL)5cases, sometimes accompanied bymeniscus injured. Patients’ anterior drawer test and posterior drawer testwere all positive. Lachman test were positive too, IKDC scores D.Theoperation plan: Treated by Stages:The PCL would be reconstructived in the first period, and the meniscus, MCL, LCL, would be repaired at thesame time. The ACL would be reconstructived in the second period.Treated the same term: The PCL、ACL would be reconstructived in thesame period.Record scores of Lysholm and IKDC with preoperativeand postoperative,to valuate surgical curative effect.Results:Patients recovered well postoperatively, all Ⅰ healing of incision,no complications such as infection and inflammation. Patients werefollowed up for6~24months. Treated the same term: Posterior drawertest were negative in a period of review. after3months, stress test werenegative too,3Luchman test were weakly positive. Treated byStages:Posterior drawer test were negative in a period of review. after3months of the first period,but anterior drawer test were positive. Anteriordrawer test were negative in a period of review after3months in thesecond period. Record the data statistical analysis, preoperative reviewthe data difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1. The effect of Knee joint combined with multiple ligament injuriesare good treated both by stages and the same term.2. The excellent rate of effect of Knee joint combined with multipleligament injuries treated by stages was higher than the same term.3. Reconstruction ligaments by arthroscope is security and feasible,with little trauma and less side-effect.
