Objective:Through this subject,observe the clinical efficacy indexes of Shujin Huoluo Lotion combined with Yishen Jiangu Pill in the rehabilitation period of knee dislocation with multiple Ligament Injuries(KDMLI)ligament reconstruction,and evaluate the application of this Chinese medicine internal and external preparation in The clinical curative effect of KDMLI postoperative rehabilitation systemMethod:This trial is a randomized controlled trial study,using the convenience sampling method.A total of 80 patients,including 42 males,were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria based on the patients after KDMLI reconstruction in the Department of Arthropathy and Osteopathology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to March 2019.,38 females,aged 17-56 years old,with an average age of 38.86 ± 13.37 years old,numbered all enrolled cases according to the order of admission,using random number table method to select a set of random numbers to make the patient number and random number correspond to each other,adopt The random number remainder grouping method is divided into a control group,an experimental group A,an experimental group B,and an experimental group C,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine functional rehabilitation guidance after the operation.The test group was given different treatments on the basis of the control group.Test A was given external application of Shujin Huoluo lotion,test group B was given orally,and kidney C was given benefit.Shenjiangu Pills combined with Shujin Huoluo Lotion were taken orally and applied externally,and drug intervention was conducted according to the test medication rules.No other drugs were
