(1) On the basis of summarizing the artificial bone materialproperties at home and abroad, this study through the improvement ofprevious laboratory under the condition of the preparation of polyetherether ketone, prepared polyether ether ketone polymer performance to bemore perfect, to make more excellent physical and chemical properties ofartificial bone and clinical trials.(2) through a variety of experimental equipment of synthesis in thelaboratory under different reaction conditions of preparation of polyetherether ketone were analyzed, mainly through IR, DSC, XRD analysis andTGA analysis, etc., of the molecular chain structure of poly (ether etherketone, melting point and crystallinity, the perfect degree of thecrystallization, thermal stability and the analysis of the characteristicviscosity number for authentication and summarized.Experimental results show:1, in the improvement of previous laboratory under the condition ofthe preparation of polyether ether ketone, was prepared by polymer forperformance will be improved.2, through the synthesis of polyether ether ketone test andcharacterization, get the following conclusion: (1) when the reaction temperature is320℃, reaction time isconstantly increasing, the characteristic viscosity number (eta) hasincreased with the extension of reaction time and; But when more than3.5h reaction time (eta) change curve with extended time, the change isnot obvious, and tends to a limit value.(eta) can be used to characterizethe molecular weight, so the change tendency of the molecular weightand (eta).(2) in the process of preparation of polyether ether ketone found thatwhen adding potassium carbonate, the activity of the reaction product ofphenol potassium is higher, so in condensed form when the largermolecular weight of polyether ether ketone, but with the extension ofreaction time, molecular weight growth trend of leveling off, is mainlydue to the late response, the contact between the molecule numbergradually with the increase of reaction system viscosity decrease, andpotassium is easy to cause side effects such as crosslinking. When addingsodium carbonate is just the opposite, because of the low sodium saltactive, led to the reaction is difficult to maintain. So both cases ofpolyether ether ketone product performance is not ideal.(3) through the X-ray diffraction analysis, differential scanningcalorimetry analysis shows: polyether ether ketone as orthogonal crystalsystem. The crystallization of polymer degree of difficulty, complete isinversely proportional, spherulite diameter and weight. (4) when the environment temperature is constant, the molecularweight of polymer and polymer chain mobility is inverse ratio, the largerthe molecular weight, the slower the chain of activities, it’s hard tocrystallization with other segments, so affect the thickness of the finalproduct with integrity. Therefore, this experiment polyether ether ketoneof Tm was decreasing trend with the increase of molecular weight.Because of A4and A5similar molecular weight, so they have the sameTm. Through sample A1Tm lower as you can see, want to crystallizationwere obtained through the experiment is complete, the chip thickness islarger, the Tm high crystallization, must satisfy the premise of molecularweight is large enough. So the melting point of polyether ether ketonecurve graphics show began to increase the last drop.(5) the most prominent feature of polyether ether ketone as thethermal performance, at present,136℃is the synthesis of polyether etherketone Tm0normal temperature, the Tm is relatively high, generallyabove340℃. And at900℃, there are still40%of the residue. Thisexplains experiments of PEEK of higher thermal stability.
